Thank you for choosing The Peel Restaurant LTD. Every pizza is made fresh to order. Please review our delivery and pickup policy before placing your order.

An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment has been received and you receive an order confirmation from The Peel.  Adding items to your cart or submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.  Payment is securely processed through our payment provider.  We begin preparing your order only after payment has been successfully confirmed.

We currently offer delivery within our designated service areas in and around Abuja, Nigeria. If your address falls outside our delivery zone, you may still be able to place an order for pickup.

Orders placed outside business hours will be prepared when we reopen.

Pickup orders are available during business hours.  When your order is ready, we will notify you. Please arrive promptly to ensure your food is enjoyed at its best quality.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an issue after placing your order, contact us immediately. Once preparation has begun, changes may not be possible and will be charged at the customers expense.

If we are unable to reach you at the delivery address or contact you using the phone number provided, your order may be returned to our location. Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery when possible and requests to remake the order will be charged to the customer.

Our pizzas and other menu items are prepared fresh for every order. For the best experience, we recommend enjoying your meal immediately after delivery or pickup.

Due to the perishable nature of prepared food, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.  If your order arrives incorrect or there is an issue with the quality of your food, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the situation and work with you to resolve legitimate concerns.
